At Kutty Shoppy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition, and in its original packaging. A valid proof of purchase or invoice is required.

- Clearance or discounted products (if applicable)
- Personal care or hygiene-related items
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

- Items returned with missing parts or damage not caused by us
- Items returned after the allowed return period
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method

- Contact your bank or payment provider
- If the issue persists, please contact us
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, please contact us with your order details.
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the returned item value.
If not marked as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original buyer.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is incorrect or damaged
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
